Definitely time to ask. <br \/>\u201cAre you O.K.?\u201d<br \/>He pulls up the mask. <br \/>\u201cYes I\u2019m fine,\u201d he replies cheerfully. <br \/>In the face of such cheeriness, I feel a need to explain my officious behavior.<br \/>\u201cSorry, it\u2019s just that when you work at a station you need to look out for people\u2019s um\u2026 mental health,\u201d<br \/>\u201cSure. I don\u2019t blame you for asking,\u201d he replies, smiling and putting his mask back. <br \/>So that\u2019s that. He seems sane enough.\u00a0 But he&#8217;s\u00a0wearing a pug mask.
